Ijaz NisarIjaz Nisar is a senior corporate trainer at Rays Training & Development Systems. He is also Editor in Chief of Manager Today, Pakistan first personal and professional development Magazine. He is a PhD scholar in HRM and a leading inspirational speaker, corporate trainer and author as well.

He is a change agent specializing in unleashing human genius through transformation of Human Perception.

He holds a Masters in Human Resource Management specializing in (Training &

Development) and conducted comprehensive research on “Effectiveness of Training & Development in Financial Institutions of Pakistan” during his master program, MBA from IBA, Punjab University.

He is also having over fourteen years of professional experience with leading commercial Bank, National Bank of Pakistan in their HR & Training Division.
